The legal stuff. Please read these terms carefully before playing PocketGlobe.
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
01. Acceptance
By installing or using PocketGlobe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PocketGlobe is designed for players of all ages.
02. License & Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal entertainment. You agree not to:
- • Reverse engineer or extract source code.
- • Use automation or scripts to tamper with leaderboards.
- • Use the Service for any unlawful or malicious purpose.
03. Game Progress
We may modify, reset, or remove progress, statistics, or streaks when needed to resolve bugs, maintain game balance, or operate the Service.
04. Subscriptions
PocketGlobe may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, such as PocketGlobe Pro, that unlock additional gameplay features. The daily puzzle remains available without a subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. PocketGlobe cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed through Apple.
05. Privacy
Your use of PocketGlobe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
06. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PocketGlobe after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
